A trauma informed, holonic practitioner, Kandice uses her knowledge of plants, Yoga, Ayurveda, and Reiki to support her clients as they build resilient, nourished, nervous systems and create happy, healthy, aligned lives. She is on a mission to grow a heart led community that offers individuals the benefits of positive fellowship and Yoga beyond Asana.
